2025 was not a year of noise or recognition for me - it was a year of healing, recalibration, and truth.

It was the year I slowed down enough to listen to myself again.

The year I faced burnout honestly, chose recovery deliberately, and allowed myself to evolve rather than simply endure.

It was the year I stripped life and work back to what truly matters and rediscovered who I am beneath titles, deadlines, and expectations.

Along this journey, alignment mattered more than ambition. At a time when I was facing significant personal and professional challenges, I was guided to a new professional environment where doors opened naturally, and I found myself surrounded by people of integrity who uplift, support, and encourage growth. It has reaffirmed a simple but powerful truth: when you are in the right environment, professionalism and wellbeing can coexist.
